At Monkfield Park, we follow the National Curriculum.  We use this as a basis to provide progression for the children as they move throughout the school.  In order to ensure that learning is as interesting and motivating as possible, the National Curriculum is broken down into units of work in each year group.  These are further broken down into long term plans.

On this page, you will also find links to each curriculum area where you will see each subject's vision statement and intent. You are able to access  our year group jigsaws below.  They tell you as parents, what you can expect your child to be learning in the curriculum as well as in each year group.
