Autumn Term Information 2020

Covid didn’t keep us from our learning this term! We quickly adapted to the new routines and procedures and have been getting into the flow of being back with our friends and teachers.

This half term we have been exploring our topic of all about Europe. We have been learning about European capital Cities, and drawing in the style of Quentin Blake. In English we have focused our learning around James and the Giant Peach, even creating our own Roald Dahl inspired stories! In science we have been looking at light and shadow and had lots of fun investigating with torches. We have been focusing on column addition and subtraction in maths, as well as multiplication and division, which we will be continuing with next term.

We have all enjoyed using accelerated reader and have been scoring lots of 100%.

We can’t wait to see what excitement next term brings!
